1. The mist brought by oil mist
It is common to cause a short circuit fault inside the purifier due to the mist brought by steaming and boiling. If it is not cleared for a long time, it will cause sparks in the equipment components.
(1) When disassembling and removing parts: first cut off the power supply of the environmental protection switch, remove the smokeless grill from the hoisting position, and then disassemble it. The order is light bulb, oil collection tank, bottom plate, sealing ring, centrifugal impeller, car body core.
(2) Soak and clean the environment-friendly smokeless grill: Find a large container and pour the cleaning solution into it. Place the disassembled parts inside for soaking. The amount of cleaning solution does not need to be too small or too much, and the standard is that it can soak through the removed cleaning parts. Large objects should be cleaned with a towel dipped in cleaning fluid. The soaking time of cleaning parts depends on the degree of oil stains, usually 15 to 20 minutes is appropriate.
(3) Removal of dirty parts: Oily parts after soaking are relatively easy to remove. Usually, iron brushes or brushes dipped in cleaning fluid can be used for repeated cleaning and can be washed. However, if the oil stains are serious, special cleaning measures must be taken.
Smokeless grills sometimes emit some white "thick smoke", which is what we often call water vapor. Although it is normal to cause this phenomenon sometimes, it must be dried when cleaning. Electrostatic field to avoid damage to the gas grill caused by moisture.
